Q: Where are the forms I create in the archived software?

All forms are stored in the Downloads folder of the local datastore. If you do not want to automatically save all forms, please refer to the question “How to configure the browser so that no PDF file can be downloaded?”.

Q: I can not open the forms!

You can not have a “reading program” installed on your local computer. Widely used is Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free at the following address: https://get.adobe.com/de/reader/ After downloading, press the right mouse button and select “Acrobat Reader” .

Q: My password does not work

Access the login of your user account. Please note the spelling in uppercase and lowercase. If you have forgotten the password, click on “Forgotten password”. A temporary password will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

Q: Can I use the iPhone to call PRAXSYS?

Yes of course! The mobile application is one of the benefits of PRAXSYS. Just try.

Q: Which browser should I use to call PRAXSYS?

PRAXSYS is browser independent, PRAXSYS has been tested with all common browsers such as: Firefox Google Chrom Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge Apple Safari Opera SeaMonkey TORCH Browser Avant Browser etc. If your browser is not listed, try anyway.

Q: Can I also use PRAXSYS on my Samsung tablet?

Yes, if you have Wi-Fi access, at home in your office or at the patient’s.

Q: Does PRAXSYS also work on my Mac?

Yes. The software is independent of your computer. PRAXSYS works on any standard computer. Whether at home or with the patient, on your MacBook and on your iPad.

Q: What are the benefits of Internet-based software?

Internet-based software has the following advantages: Data can always be viewed by the authorized user from anywhere. The software is always up to date (latest version). Downloading updates is no longer necessary. There is no installation required. The software can be used immediately after registration. The software works on the following devices: PC, Mac, tablet and smartphone. Data is not lost even if a device is damaged.

Q: How is data security ensured / data backup?

The data is transferred in encrypted form between your Internet browser and the server. If the data were intercepted in this way by unauthorized persons, they could not be read through encryption. The same principle is used by authorities, banks and insurance companies. The data is saved multiple times.

Q: How do Internet software work and where are the data stored?

Internet software, also known as the cloud solution, does not require installation on the computer. The software is operated via an Internet browser through which data is accessed via a secure line. The data is stored on a protected server and saved multiple times. No unauthorized person can access this data. All PRAXSYS data are stored in Switzerland on multiple servers in a protected data center. Our service provider complies with all security standards and is also subject to Swiss data protection law. Access to the data is secured by your personal password.
